We are pleased to announce the sponsorship and exhibition opportunities available for the 12th FELASA SECAL Congress. Please download a copy of the Exhibitors' and Sponsorship Opportunities prospectus or contact the congress secretariat to discuss any of the options in more detail.
To give the option to all companies interested to be present at the 12th FELASA SECAL Congress, the exhibition area has been enlarged.
Please be aware that exhibition space and sponsorship options are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitors attending their stand have to register to access to the exhibition area:
  • Early registration, until 30 April: €250
  • Late registration, from 1 May: €300
  • One day registration: €100
For every 4 persons registered under the Early or Late fees, the company will get 1 additional registration as exhibitor free of charge.

Registration fee include:admission to the exhibition and poster area, congress materials, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception on 10 June, congress cocktail-lunches on 11 and 12 June, Welcome Party on 10 June (essential to confirm your attendance when registering), participation at the FELASA SECAL Walk/Run Race on 12 June (limited places). Does not include access to the scientific sessions.

Important notes:

  • Reprint of the badge at the congress venue due loss or damage will cost €20
  • Name change will cost €50
  • In order to avoid the payment for name changes, the congress secretariat recommends exhibitors to reserve the number of delegates and send their names at a later stage.
  • Deadline to receive the exhibitor’s registration list: 9 May 2013
  • Delegates requesting a letter of invitation must pay in advance through bank transfer, no credit card payment will be accepted

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received before 28 February 2013 are subject to an administrative charge of €75. No refunds will be awarded on cancellations received after that date. Refund requests should be submitted to the congress secretariat.
